Gretchen Skillings
wrote that this was her very first quilt! She took the "Q
is for Quilting" class from Dena Conley. Conley was a great
teacher and Shillings wrote she loved the class! Skillings took
the class for three weekends in October of 2002 and finished
machine quilting this quilt at home the very next weekend. When
Skillings finished it her 2 1/2 year old said "Oh Mommy,
that is a beautiful quilt" so, of course, Gretchen Skillings
gave it to her. Skillings wrote that Torie Skillings loves to
lay it out on the carpet and have tea parties on it!
