Raffel Quilt

The coveted, nearly all blue Raffle Quilt, was one center of attraction at the Show. It was
done in a pattern similar to a Dear Jane Quilt of days gone by. This year's Raffle Quilt
pattern was chosen, planned, and coordinated by long-standing Rainy Day Quilters Guild
members, Roxann Byron and Angie Tillson. Many Guild members contributed the blocks
and helped to join them together to complete the whole, beautiful Quilt. Another of the
Guild members, Jill Bennett, professionally quilted the Raffle Quilt. Cheri Davis of
Ketchikan won the Raffle Quilt at the 3 PM Sunday, February 16, 2003, drawing.
