Ketchikan: On February 21st & 22nd Ketchikan hosted the Southeast Alaska Middle School Wrestling Tournament.

Ketchikan's Schoenbar team placed 1st in all of Southeast with Juneau's Floyd Dryden school placing second.

The two teams were 2.5 points apart from the championship when Ian White from Schoenbar's heavy weight class took 1st place championship in the heavy weight class, winning 1st place victory in the tournament for Schoenbar team.

Two Schoenbar students placed in the top three in the heavy weight class - Ian White 1st place and Trevor Eubanks 3rd place.
