If Alaska Airlines could see how customers are being treated here at Ketchikan International Airport, most likely all would be demoted, or whatever their policy & procedures are.

And when you work for the public SMILE, that is what I was taught. try it, it works. I hope this person gets something from the main office of Alaska Airlines, the staff of Ketchikan gets a talking about better arranging for the paying clients.
