North Tongass House Lost To
Fire

Ketchikan, AK - Alaska State Troopers and firefighters from the
South Tongass Volunteer Fire Department and City of Ketchikan
Fire Department responded to a house fire Wednesday morning at
approximately 10:50 am near Mile 15 North Tongass Highway.
A rental property located at
94 Brand Court owned by Chuck Garner of Ketchikan was completely
destroyed by the fire.
According to information provided
by the Alaska State Troopers, the rental home was unoccupied
at the time of the fire and there were no injuries reported.
The initial investigation by the
Alaska State Troopers revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding
the fire.
